I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for a short stay but lacked a rice cooker. The staff were helpful and friendly, although there were disturbances from parties and people loitering. The location was convenient for my activities but with minor cleanliness issues. Overall, good value for money with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located in front of Watertown Mall and near the train station and bus service, providing great value for the price paid. The rooms were sufficient for our group of six adults, although some were in a sorry state, which didn't entirely meet my expectations.
The hotel has some drawbacks, like rooms with a stale smell and outdated decor, but it's also got a few positives like a convenient location near shopping centers. The service needs improvement as there were issues with credit card charges and lack of communication about surcharges. Overall, it's a mixed bag with room for improvement.
